Naked Burritos

1 lb chicken
1 package taco seasoning
2 cups of prepared rice (we suggest minute rice if camping)
1 cup of salsa
1 can of beans (black or pinto)
Sour Cream
Shredded cheese

Optional:
Chopped green onions
Chopped peppers
Chopped tomatoes
Sliced avocados
Sliced lime

Before you leave home:  Cook chicken, 1/2 cup of water, and taco seasoning in a crock pot on high for 4 hours.  Shred the chicken.  Store shredded chicken in a ziploc bag and freeze.

At camp:  Heat ingredients over a camp stove (chicken, rice, beans).  Have each person assemble their own naked burrito with rice and whatever toppings they wish to include.  Easy peasy!
